A Rich Legacy

The Penultimate FAQ for Descent: Journeys in the Dark is Available

Descent: Journeys in the Dark has grown and expanded since its release in 2005. But it’s not just the new tiles, cards, and miniatures [...] that have made this game flourish. It also transmutes itself at game tables throughout the world.”
       – Kevin Wilson, 2009

For the past seven years, fans of Descent: Journeys in the Dark have delved into the dungeons of Terrinoth, rooting out evil and filling their coffers with treasure. Now, as new adventures draw Terrinoth’s heroes into distant lands, we look back fondly on the rich legacy left by the game’s first edition.

An Exciting Transition

Today, we at FFG are pleased to release the second-to-last FAQ for Descent: Journeys in the Dark (pdf, 1.2 MB), now available on our support page. We intend to post the game’s final FAQ two weeks from today.

That makes the next two weeks vitally important for anyone who has additional rules questions regarding this game. We have set up a special thread on our forums to collect these questions; please post them there. Then check back in two weeks for the final FAQ, which will signify an exciting transition toward Descent: Journeys in the Dark Second Edition.
