We may not be hosting a kingsmoot at the FFG World Championship Weekend, but we will still crown a World Champion for A Game of Thrones: The Card Game. And taking our lead from the Greyjoys, we intend to sweeten the pot with plenty of spoils!
You likely know that the Overall Champion earns the right to design a card, as do the winners of the Melee and Joust tournaments. However, we will also be throwing in a large number of other, exclusive prizes, including participation prizes for all involved.
Sharing the Riches
On Friday, each participant in the 2012 A Game of Thrones: The Card Game World Championship Melee Tournament gets a custom 2012 World Championship deckbox and a set of six new title cards, featuring the cast from a small council set during the time of A Storm of Swords.
Then on Saturday, all those players participating in the 2012 A Game of Thrones: The Card Game World Championship Joust Tournament win a new A Game of Thrones playmat – just for sitting down to play their games.
