The Great Pyramid in Giza is one of the seven wonders of the world. The great knowledge of Egyptian engineers and power of a great civilization helped elevate this monument into the sky, still full of mysteries.

In Pyramidion you take on the role of a foreman of the Egyptian empire. You try to outbid your opponents to get the best resources for the construction of the Great Pyramid.

Select a site to gather your resources. Each one of the eight sites has special powers when activated.
Use your contacts among merchants, negotiators and torturers. Ask special characters to aid you and make use of their unique abilities.
Supply boats with the required resources and score points. Will you be the first player to score 10 points?
Pyramidion offers a lot of interaction and conflict during the game, in which you want to be rewarded by the Pharaoh himself!

Saqqara

Egypt at the time of the 8th Dynasty. It is a time of chaos: the kingdom has disintegrated and the king's authority is weak. You grab as nomarch, the governor of one of the provinces, your chance to grasp more power. Send trades to the market, develop your province, put labourers to work on pyramids and claim fertile land along the Nile River and so you will probably become... the new leader of Egypt.

Speculate on the possible production of goods in warehouses. Only the warehouse meeting the threshold value will produce goods.
Use your influence cards, special powers and privileges from pyramids to receive goods.
Develop pyramids and gain special privileges. Each game uses a selection from ten different pyramids, each with different powers, guaranteeing a high replay ability!
Saqqara is a game with great depth, a high replay value and a lot of beautiful wooden components.

Snowdonia
Direct link   :   http://www.spiritgames.co.uk/single.php?menu=2&sub=n&game=7121

The peaks of Snowdonia rise before you, encased in mist, their summits barely visible. The highest is Snowdon (Wyddfa) herself at 1,085 meters. The year is 1894, and the Snowdon Mountain Tramroad and Hotels Company Limited has been formed to build a branch line from Llanberis to the summit; you can scarcely believe it's possible.

In Snowdonia players represent gangs of workers providing labour for the construction of the Snowdon Mountain Railway. Unlike other railway games, you will send your workers to excavate up a mountain side, collect raw materials, make and lay the track, construct viaducts and build stations (you may also be assisted by a train). When the task is complete, you will be rewarded for your efforts - can you contribute more than the other players to the magnificence of the Snowdon Mountain Railway?

This game also includes a scenario for the Blaenau Ffestiniog railway.

Article 27: The UN Security Council Board Game
Direct link   :   http://www.spiritgames.co.uk/single.php?menu=2&sub=n&game=7154

It's not easy being a member of the United Nations Security Council, but you were born for the challenge. Your country has chosen you to protect their interests... If that means you have to bend the rules a little bit, well that's just the cost of justice, right?

Article 27 takes place in the not-too-distant future. You assume the role of one of the permanent members of the Security Council, which means you wield the power of the veto. No proposal can pass when a member uses their veto, so there had better be something in the deal for you!

Each player will take a turn as the leader of the Security Council and try to get a proposal passed. Negotiations can include side-deals, threats, or out-right influence-peddling! But once the gavel comes down it's time to vote, and the other players might not live up to their end of the deal.

In the end, the player who has earned the most influence points is the winner... and it's rarely the most honourable!

Article 27 takes just 6 minutes per player to play, and it does not require any knowledge of politics or the United Nations to enjoy. If you like games of negotiation, you'll love Article 27.

Article 27 refers to the portion of United Nation Charter that confers veto power onto the permanent members of the Security Council.
