Return to the Undead Temple

The dust settles from the combat and we look around for the pesky mage who has disappeared again.  With the party members back on their feet we investigate the temple further.  More traps are disarmed, some more by luck than judgment as we enter deeper into the complex.  We enter an area containing another sarcophagus, as soon as we enter the room the stone statues animate and attack us, we overcome these creatures with no loss of life and explore another room. As soon as the door is opened Obsidian Skeletons attack us, we have come across these foul abominations before and every time we hit them shards splinter off and wound us.  The fight is fearsome and Taran hits the floor with numerous small wounds.  Just as the last creature is beaten down a fireball erupts in our midst, the Mage must be back somewhere.  Two of the fighters rush into the adjacent room and Taran manages to get to his feet to direct the combat using his rod to detect the invisible mage.  Just as we manage to land a couple of hits he teleports out of there.
We continue to investigate the area and come across a room lined with a dozen or more stone sarcophagi.  Lanneus moves into the room and all the creatures in the sarcophagi rise and attack, he manages to turn about half of them and the rest of the party rush into the melee.  By now we are pretty beat up and decide to head out of there to rest up.  This will also give an opportunity for the mage to do likewise but we are just about out of spells.
We take a day to regain our spells and abilities and heal up.  Suitably prepared we head back into the temple.  We quickly find that new traps have been laid.  Undaunted we clear the traps and enter a large room with several raised dais, a throne and a sarcophagus, except for another door there is nothing else.  We investigate the other door and just as we have removed the trap and unlocked it, the first door slams shut and over a dozen apparitions rise from the floor, surrounding us.  Our protective magics are quickly lost, just as we are gaining the upper hand another group of ghasts rush into the room, shortly after this more stone golems enter the combat.  Krachtig is surrounded and flies into the air to escape the undeads grasp, unfortunately this makes him a target for a lightning bolt from the invisible mage.  We manage to defeat the combined hordes of undead and golems but the mage is nowhere to be seen.
We investigate another room and a group of wights bar our entrance and a giant undead with red glowing eyes fireballs us.  Just as we kill off this group another fireball erupts amongst us.  We rush into the adjacent room and cast around for the spellcaster, once again Taran spots him by gripping his rod and directs the warriors to his location.  The mage casts spell after spell at the party and is well protected by stoneskins and a cold fire shield.  The fighters land a number of blows on the mage who keeps turning invisible making it harder to hit him.  Saeryn is charmed and starts attacking Galvish, he manages to subdue her without taking her head off.  Just as we seem to have gained the upper hand, Corinne heals Saeryn not knowing about the charm, Saeryn rushes to attack Krachtig, and then Barrigan succumbs to the mages charm and attacks Taran knocking him unconscious.  Corinne fires arrows first at Barrigan then at Saeryn to take them down.  Before we can regroup and attack the mage he disappears again.
We continue to explore the tomb searching for the elusive mage.
