Announcing Three Figures for Descent: Journeys in the Dark Second Edition

Bring an even deeper level of immersion to your dungeon-delving experience! Fantasy Flight Games is pleased to announce the upcoming release of Splig, Belthir, and Zachareth, three professionally crafted metal Lieutenant Miniatures for Descent: Journeys in the Dark Second Edition.

These 28mm scale, lead-free pewter figures are designed to replace the Lieutenant tokens in Descent: Journeys in the Dark Second Edition. Along with certain previously released Lieutenant Miniatures, players will have access to alternate components for Second Edition’s full cast of Lieutenants.

Enemies and Allies

The overlord’s fiercely loyal minions stand ready to squash any hapless do-gooders that might oppose his schemes. Splig, by virtue of being the biggest goblin, is always the leader. And because he is the leader, he gets all the food. And because he gets all the food, he’s the biggest goblin! Meanwhile, the terrifying dragon hybrid Belthir has made a name for himself as a mercenary over the past several decades, and his newfound service to the overlord bodes ill for Terrinoth.

Zachareth, on the other hand, stands apart. After all, why should the charming and philanthropic Baron of Carthridge, a wise and benevolent leader, be lumped in with a fat goblin and a flying menace? Surely, the beloved Baron Zachareth could never willingly associate with the forces of evil. What might his presence here mean?
