Games are often complex products with lots of parts, and while we want every game to be perfect -- unfortunately a small percentage of products may be afflicted by damaged and/or missing components. We take servicing such issues very seriously, and strive to provide replacement assistance that is as fast and painless for you as possible. With this new service, you'll remain constantly informed, receive email updates during the replacement process; and you can even visit the Parts Request Service to get a quick and easy status update on your outstanding request!

Although we sincerely hope you’ll never have to use it, we hope the Damaged/Missing Components Service will give you peace of mind in knowing that it’s there if you need it.
