X-Wing (TM) Core Rules and Tournament Rules are Now Available for Download

The Star Wars: X-Wing™ Miniatures Game is coming, and its release will give players worldwide the opportunity command Rebel and Imperial pilots in dramatic dogfights! Over the past several weeks, we’ve shared previews of the game’s high-speed space combat and stunning miniatures. Now we’re pleased to say that the X-Wing rulebook (pdf, 12.6 MB) is available for download on the game’s support page!

Plans into Motion
Once you’ve learned all an Admiral needs to know about contesting the combats of X-Wing, you can download the game’s tournament rules (pdf, 4.0 MB) and prepare to send your squadron into battle against enemy forces.
You won’t have to wait long, either, to put your plans into motion. The world’s first X-Wing tournament takes place Friday, August 17th at Gen Con Indy 2012. Participants will field 100-point squads of Rebel and Imperial starfighters in thrilling duels for the fate of the galaxy!
In the meantime, keep your eyes open for more previews, including a look at squad building and several sample squads, all of which are tournament-legal.
