With April just around the corner, Fantasy Flight Games is excited for the impending FFG Regional Championship tournament season for Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game.

These heated competitions are part of FFG’s Organized Play season for 2013, and they are a great way to meet new opponents and friends, hone your skills, and compete for unique prizes. This year, there are more venues hosting Regional Championship events than ever before, with over six hundred tournaments being held worldwide.

Regional Championship competitions are your chance to face off against the local community, win prizes, and earn entry to the FFG World Championship Weekend. Confront the Cosmic Horrors

The horrific truths and cosmic conflicts of H.P. Lovecraft’s weird fiction come to life in Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game. The dreaded Ancient Ones exert their growing influence upon our world as investigators and cultists compete for the eldritch artifacts needed to banish them to distant realms or herald the end days.

Confront supernatural terrors and fellow fans of Call of Cthulhu in your area in the Regional Championship tournaments! Prizes await those who can confront their peers and retain their sanity in the face of the manifested horrors of the Cthulhu mythos.

The Regional Champion will receive a trophy, free entry to World Championship Weekend, and a set of three engraved wooden domain cards. Though there can only be one Champion, others who fare well in their investigations can win a full-color Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game playmat or an exclusive set of three double sided Domain cards.

The Road to World Championship Weekend

These competitions bring the best of the best into our 2013 FFG World Championship Weekend in Roseville, Minnesota, the premiere venue for matching your skills with the greatest players in the world. The winner of each Regional Championship is awarded free access to World Championship Weekend and a first round bye in the competition.
