Title: 28th Beer & Pretzels Games Weekend
Post by: Spirit Games on 15 July 2016, 19:30:29
Good News, everyone!

Beer & Pretzels 2017 WILL take place at Burton Town Hall on the 20th and 21st of May!

There was some doubt that we'd be able to run the event next year, so please let everyone know that it is going ahead.

Thank you for your support!

Hurrah!!

Must now ensure I keep the 3rd weekend free, and not the second as I inexplicably did this year...

B&P update

A degree of organisation is creeping into B&P 2017:

Gary will be running a Wings of Glory WWI Dog-fight participation game on Saturday.

John Martin will be running his usual participation wargame on Sunday.

There will be a Star Wars Destiny dice/card game tournament on both days, noon start time and/or later as convenient to all concerned.

Saturday is also Game Day for Magic the Gathering Amonkhet; we will get everyone signed up for the usual 11.00 am start for three high-speed rounds and a handing out of prizes so that the players can get plenty of other gaming done too.

In addition, we have plenty of other promos to hand out at the slightest excuse, so if people can let the Help Desk know when they play Splendor, Cash'n'Guns, A.S.H.E.S or Aeon's End, we can arrange prizes.

Finally, we will be taking a selection of tempting bargains, and a card machine, for those unable to tear themselves away to visit the shop.
