Title: Welcome Slatie Post by: Zarniwoop on 02 January 2010, 19:54:06 Welcome Slatie to the Big Bang Burger Bar.
I hope you will find us all friendly and welcoming. Feel free to join in conversations and please do reply telling us a little about yourself. Title: Re: Welcome Slatie Post by: Slatie on 02 January 2010, 20:23:33 Hi
I'm I 44 year old lapsed (or should that be - relapsed) Gamer, who, having been dragged (willingly) along to a games evening, while visiting friends, over Christmas, has realised is still interested. Was into D and D (2nd Ed) for a long time. All through school, collage, University and beyond. Then Magic the Gathering came along and then Computer Games and I was lost. But I decided it time to get the dice out once again (or the cards - if it's Magic). Interests include: already listed D & D (if it's 2nd ed all the better but I'm guessing I may be being a little um! old there) MtG, Other Roll playing games (remember Traveller), and whatever board games catch my eye. Hope to see you around Title: Re: Welcome Slatie Post by: Zarniwoop on 02 January 2010, 22:19:46 Hi Slatie,
We have a regular fortnightly game down at the Coopers Tavern in Cross Street, Burton There are also a few other regular games in the area just keep an eye on the message areas and the Calender. You may also want to take a look at Eastmidlandsroleplayers.co.uk (http://www.eastmidlandsroleplayers.org.uk/) where there are games organised all across the midlands. Look forward to meeting you at a game soon, meanwhile enjoy your visit to the Burger Bar and happy gaming.
