BIG changes planned for forum structure...

I want to tidy things up a little here and having looked at the current layout there are some issues so heres the plan....

Move Gaming Groups up a level so it becomes a category like General & Gaming

Gaming Groups |-- Burton Delvers
                               |---Ptolus - City by the Spire

Move the Roleplaying Genre's down a level so they become children of the Roleplaying board

Gaming |-- Roleplaying
                      |-- Sci Fi
                               |-- Babylon 5
                      |-- Horror
                               |-- Call of Cthulhu

The other possilbily is to remove the genre's and just have each game type as a child of roleplaying

Gaming |-- Roleplaying
                      |-- Babylon 5
                      |-- Call of Cthulhu

Move the Various RPG Game notes and session reports as children of their respctive gaming group.
eg:

Gaming Groups |---  Burton Delvers
                                    |---Ptolus - City by the Spire
                                    |---B5 - The Darwin Effect
                                    |---"The End & The Beginning"
Gaming Groups |---  Sutton Delvers
                                    |---Adventure Notes
                                    |---Dead Rising
Gaming Groups |---  Winchester Delvers
                                    |---Adams OHMAS

Please let me know what you think and pass on any suggestions you may have.

I think I favour removing the genre's and having each game type as a child of roleplaying.
In general anything that removes complication and redundancy would be good, I think, but specifics are beyond me right now.

It doesn't really affect me but I agree that a deeper structure keeps thing neater.

I like most of the ideas. Not too sure about notes/session reports by gaming group though. Unless they were sorted by date or something.

Started implementing the changes...

Please let me know if something has not been moved or moved to the wrong place.

Also after we have all had time to get used to the layout if people have any ideas or suggestions for further improvement please comment here and I promise I will give them due consideration.

I am already considering whether the gaming group areas shouyld have the adventures & campaign notes in a child board called "Adventures" as the Burtoin group has already chalked up quite a few!! but I'll see how things work out for a while.
