Star Fleet Marines Module 1: Assault

Klingon disruptor fire ripped chunks out of the barricade the Federation troops were pinned behind. They tried to return fire, but were driven back under cover every time.

A sudden explosion shattered the Klingon rapid assault group. The Federation troops were shocked to see a hover tank and a squad of Marines appear behind them, continuing to fire at the Klingons.

The Marine sergeant-major looked down at the soldiers behind the barricade. "Come on, you apes!" he roared. "Do you want to live forever?"

The soldiers got to their feet and followed the Marines into battle.

Welcome to the real war, Marine!

Star Fleet Marines brings the Star Fleet Universe down to a new, dirtier, and bloodier level. The starships may be fighting a hundred klicks overhead, but only the Marines can force the Klingons and Romulans to climb out of their foxholes and sign a peace treaty.

Take command of companies or even entire battalions of Marines, commandoes, combat engineers, snipers, heavy weapons teams, armoured vehicles, and shuttlecraft gunships. Call in fighter strikes before the Klingons can send in their G1G assault gunboats. Be careful, as there are civilians that you must protect who are hiding in the town.The fast-paced game system is designed for a streamlined "shoot or move" operation. Troops shoot to pin the enemy, then maneuver to get into position for a close assault.

This is a complete self-contained game with everything you need to play (except a pair of six-sided dice). Full-colour 22x25.5 inch map, 560 die-cut playing pieces, rules, and several scenarios portray thousands of battles on any kind of planet, from a farming colony to a desert.
