EXP for Combat total exp value of the monsters encountered & overcome divided by equity or as equally as possible amongst the members of the party NPC's only get half but count as a full PC for the division.
Non combat challenges which all the party over comes are done the same way. those which are over come by one of the party but whose success affects the whole of the party such as locked doors traps etc are so divided but those not participating get half & non participating NPC's get a quarter.
