I have been sent a link to an interesting article in the Guardian about boardgames:

Why board games are making a comeback

Interesting to the see the mainstream press catching up on something that has been going on for a number of years and calling it "new".

Very & I thought that one of the papers put Marrakesh high on its best games list a few years back which is why it sold like hot cakes to folks whose board gaming wouldn't have gone father than Monopoly etal

Its also good to remember people have never really gone off games at worst there was a period of mono medium mania with the electronic sort. Something which the mainstream media have rather clung to well past it actually being the case.

There are also so many more good games about & pretty much a game for every taste and occasion.
