Battle for Supremecy in Terrinoth

Updated Rules for Runewars are Now Available

Fantasy Flight Games is pleased to announce that the free update to the original edition of the rules for Runewars is now available on the game’s support page!

Runewars pits two to four players against each other in a strategic game of battles and area control, where they must gather resources, raise armies, and lay siege to heavily fortified cities. Coming soon, Corey Konieczka’s epic board game of conquest, adventure, and fantasy empires will be available in a new, more compact box. The compact box, along with a few minor component changes, allows us to provide players with a value not previously possible.

Updated Rules for the Original Game

Both the original and revised edition of Runewars offer the same fundamental game experience, and the component changes in the revised edition are purely cosmetic. Fans of the original edition can play with the revised edition rule changes by downloading a free rules update (pdf, 606 KB) from our Runewars support page. The pdf outlines all of the rule changes that are present between the original and revised editions, which allows anyone with the original game to learn and enjoy the updated rules for free!

To download the new rules, head to our Runewars support page, and read more about the revised edition at the Runewars website. Adventures in Terrinoth await all who choose to engage in the empire-spanning conflict of Runewars!
