Veritas is a clever and unique strategy game from game designers James Ernest and Mike Selinker. It's a simple territory-control game about keeping the truth alive.

Each player is a different version of truth, trying to survive the Dark Ages by being copied in books.

The board is a map of France, showing roads, monasteries and cities. Your tokens represent books, which contain your truth. You'll spend the game copying and moving your books, and trying to take over France.

Between turns, a monastery almost always burns down. This can cause books to scatter... not always in the way their owners might want. Survive the chaos and outwit the other players to become the most powerful truth!

It's time to cook some fishes!

Fish Cook is a strategy game about cooking fish. Each day, players will buy ingredients at the Market, and combine those ingredients into signature recipes like Knackered Smelt, Lotus-Wrapped Mystery Fish, and Eel with Plastic Vegetable Garnish.

Supposedly, this game was invented in France in 1909, remade in Japan in 1994, and then translated into English today. But really, that's just a fib to make the back story more interesting.

The truth? It's a brand new game from James Ernest, and one of the best-designed fish-cooking games you'll ever play. So haul out the pots and pans, open up your very own restaurant, and let's cook some fish!

Winter Tales is a storytelling board game for 3 to 7 players. We have good new and bad news. The bad news: the ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE has already happened and the humans lost. Zombies now rule the world. They go to Zombie work, pay Zombie taxes, and hang out at the local Zombie malls. It's not at all pretty. The good news: it's flipping hilarious!

In Zombie Fried, you, and you alone, have the power to hire someone else to do your dirty work while you take all the credit You alone have the ability to invent crazy weapons that somehow work, even though you have never even fired a flare gun, much less a real one. Welcome to the Palace!

The Palace is a new location which fits on the Revolution! board. It's worth 55 Support, and has a special space: The Guardhouse. The player who occupies the Guardhouse is immune to the Spy and the Apothecary!
The 5-6 player expansion adds four new characters to bid on. The Viceroy controls the Palace. The Messenger moves already-placed influence cubes to any unoccupied space. The Mayor influences any open space. The Constable rewards a winning bid with Support and Blackmail.
The new rules can be taught in minutes, and a complete game still takes less than an hour.

As people think over the actions of Hannibal in the 2nd Punic War, many great battles come to mine... Cannae, Zama, Trebia, Lake Trasimene...

Yet, Mitchell chose The Metaurus as the decisive battle for the entire war. How can that be? Hannibal was not even there!

But his brother was there, in command of an army sent to reinforce Hannibal and give him the strength and stamina to finish off the Romans. By this time (207 BC), the Romans were mostly avoiding head-to-head battles with Hannibal, and he mostly lacked the cavalry strength to force them to fight where he wanted them to. When the Romans intercepted messengers Hasdrubal sent to alert Hannibal to his arrival, they realized how critical it was to keep the brothers from joining together, and rushed an overwhelming force to surprise and destroy the new army. And won.

Now, see if you can change or maintain the history.

The Romans have numbers and overall troop quality on their side. Hasdrubal has a wide range of troops, from crack heavy infantry and light cavalry from Africa to poor quality Celtic levies. And, they have the superior position. The game calls on both players to "do better" than their historical counterparts. Richard Berg's design emphasizes morale and the importance of getting troops to execute the right commands.
