He didn't realise then, that it was the beginning of one of the most famous sea expeditions in the history of mankind. The 27th December 1831, was the first day of a planned two year expedition. On board, there were 73 crew members and - invited by the Captain himself - a young, 22-year-old scientist, Charles Darwin, the man who was to impress the entire scientific world and to change the way we look at life on this planet forever.Everything began, on this cold December morning, when HMS Beagle left Plymouth harbour...The voyage of the HMS Beagle is an incredible campaign for the Robinson Crusoe game. It is incredible, because it is based on the real events that took place between 1831 and 1836. The events which led to the creation of the Theory of Evolution. During this very expedition Charles Darwin laid the foundations for one of the most breakthrough scientific papers in the history of mankind - the paper on the Origin of Species.Players take on the roles of members of the crew of the HMS Beagle with Darwin, at the start of a great adventure.
