It`s this wild colour scheme that freaks me. When you try and operate one of these weird black controls which are labelled in black on a black background a small black light lights up black to let you know you`ve done it. What is this? Some kind of intergalactic hyperhearse? - Zaphod

The Iplayer is a wonderful thing. Seriously tempted to give this a go. I only dabble with radioplays occasionally and anything I've also read feels weird cause of pronunciation issues, but you can't beat a bit of Pratchett.

its the BBC doing this one, not bodge it & run aka Sky so the pronunciation will be right yours may well be wrong.

Oh, mine will often be wrong. I actually don't recall noticing anything too weird in the sky things, I'm more thinking back to the old Tony Robinson audiotapes which I had at least one of. I vaguely recall being weirded out by how he pronounced Anhk Morpork.

The BBC thing was indeed excellent, if incredibly short. Particularly enjoyed the understated portrayal of Death and that moment where I realised where I knew the name Mark Heap from when Rincewind started actually talking.
