Big and strong are included in the standard rates.

Larger than life needs 20% more materials and a couple of extra days. You're looking at another 20 grand but I'll do it for 15.

Sorry I can't make it, as I said last week.  Sad

Please also remember that I have finished my run of Hellas for a while, so someone needs to come up with the next set of games!
