Did any of you know that there was an animated film of the first in the Dragonlance books? I don't think its been released in this country but region 1 DVDs are available.

... after watch in this film I would urge any fans of Dragonlance to remain in blissful ignorance and avoid this like the plague. The animation quality was awful, harkening back to the early eighties. And the voice acting sounded as though they were reading the script for the first time.
