Wizards have recently released 6 packs of miniatures each has 3 figures and 3 power cards (with exclusive powers).

The figures are of generally quite good quality (except the Primal pack which is a bit of a let down),  The best is the Dwarf Rogue from Martial Heroes 2

The sets are nice for what they are but the are a little over priced and could of had more in the box than just three figures and three cards.

Martial Heroes 1
1/18 - Male Human Fighter (Not a bad figure but not great - looks more elven than human)
2/18 - Female Dragonbore Rogue (Nice to see a Drgonborn figure shame it's the only one in the set)
3/18 - Male Elf Ranger (A very nice figure a beast ranger with a falcon, I like this one)

The Cards

Daring Shout (You challenge nearby enemies to attack you, bolstering your own stamina)
Fighter Utility Power Level 6 (Encounter)
Keywords: Martial
Minor Action
Close Burst 1
Target: Each enemy in burst you can see
Effect: The target is marked until the end of your next turn.  You gain temperory hit points equal to your Constitution modifier + the number of targets in the burst.

Probing Strike (As you attack, you perceive a flaw in the enemy's defences)
Rogue At-Will Power Level 1
Keywords: Martial, Weapon
Standard Action
Melee or Ranged Weapon
Dex vs. AC
Target: One Creature
Hit: 1 [W] + Dexterity modifier damage.  Increase damage to 2 [W] + Dexterity modifier at 21st level.
Effect: You gain a +1 power bonus to your next attack roll against the target before the end of your next turn.

Hunter's Teamwork (You use a nearby ally to gain advantage with your attack)
Ranger At-Will Power Level 1
Keywords: Martial, Weapon
Standard Action
Ranged Weapon
Dex vs. AC
Target: One Creature
Attack: If two or more allies are adjacent to the target you gain combat advantage against the target with the attack.
Hit: 1 [W] + Dexterity modifier damage.  Increase damage to 2 [W] + Dexterity modifier at 21st level.

Martial Heroes 2
4/18 - Male Tiefling Warlord (Not a bad figure could be used for a variety of Tiefling characters)
5/18 - Male Dwarf Rogue (Possibly the best figure in the set, will have to come up with a character to use him)
6/18 - Female Eladrin Fighter (A decent figure - shame her sword is bent)

The Cards

Rousing Assault (Your bold attack lends strength to your words of inspiration)
Warlord At-Will Power Level 1
Keywords: Martial Weapon
Standard Action
Melee Weapon
Str vs. AC
Target: One Creature
Hit: 1[W] + Strength modifier damage and you add your Charisma modifier to the hit points restored with any Warlord healing power you use before the end of your next turn.  Increase damage to 2 [W] + Strength modifier at 21st Level.

Hidden Blade (You conceal a small weapon in your hand until it's time to strike!)
Rogue Utility Power Level 6 (Encounter)

Arcane Heroes 1
7/18 - Female Eladrin Wizard (Look pretty good lots of Purple so can't complain - has a bent wand that look a bit silly)

Repelling Shield (A sudden shield of arcane energy blocks an attack and pushes the enemy away)
Wizard Utility Power Level 10 (Encounter)
Keywords: Arcane
Immediate Interrupt
Personnal

Divine Heroes 1
13/18 - Male Dwarf Paladin (Another good figure would also make a good Fighter or Cleric)
14/18 - Female Halfling Cleric (Not a bad figure but I don't know how many people play Haflings as Clerics)
15/18 - Male Human Cleric (Very much a classic armoured knight kind of figure - looks like he's going to have a heart attack)

The Cards

Challenging Strike (Your powerful attack challenges your foes to face you)
Paladin At-Will Power Level 1
Keywords: Divine, Weapon
Standard Action
Melee Weapon
Str vs. AC
Target: One Creature
Attack: if you are blooded this attack is Strength vs the lowest of the target's AC or Will.

Cleric At-Will Power Level 1

Primal Heroes 1
16/18 - Make Human Barbarian (The worst figure in the set by far, nice axe, nice cape shame about the human)
17/18 - Female Elf Druid (Not a bad figure, the best of the primal set)
18/18 - Male Goliath Barbarian (Not bad but not the greatest of poses - looks like he is about to trip over)

The cards:

Foe to Foe (Each foe that you slay fills you with the rush of battle and as the battle rages you cut your way from one foe to the next)
Barbarian At-Will Power Level 1
Keywords: Primal, Weapon
Standard Action
Melee Weapon
Str vs AC
Target: One Creature
Hit: 1[W] + Strength modifier damage.  If you have reduced at least one non-minion enemy to 0 hit points during this encounter this attack deals 1d8 extra damage.  While raging you instead deal 1d10 extra damage.  Increase damage to 2[W] + Strength modifier at 21st level.

Grasping Tide (A vortex of water appears amidst your foes, drawing them into its grasp)
Druis At-Will Power Level 1
Keywords: Primal, Implement
Standard Action
Area burst 1 within 10 squares
Wis vs. Fort
Target: Each creature in burst
Hit: 1d6 + Wisdom modifier damage.  Until the end of your next turn, if the target leaves the burst's area of effect, you can use an opportunity action to make a secondary attack against it.  Increase damage to 2d6 + Wisdom modifier at 21st level.
Secondary Attack: Wisdom vs Reflex
Hit: You knock target prone

Laugh it off (You laugh at your foe's attack, making even its mightiest effort seem pointless against your boundless endurance)
Barbarian Utility Power Level 6 (Encounter)
Keywords: Primal
Immediate Interupt
Personal
Trigger: You are hit by an enemy's attack
Effect: Reduce the triggering attack's damage by an amount equal to your Constitution modifier.  You gain a +2 power bonus to your next attack roll and damage roll against the triggering enemy made before the end of your next turn.
