We would like to thank everyone who has provided feedback on the Community Wizard since we announced our open beta earlier today. As with any beta test, some issues are to be expected. We are aware of them, and are taking measures to resolve them.
We are working on these known issues:
- Valid zip or postal codes are occasionally not being accepted when logging on for the first time.
- Users who live in regions without zip or postal codes are unable to use certain website features.
- For some users, a Community Wizard search is yielding no results.
- Some retailers, game club managers, and convention organizers are unable to upload their organization logo when converting their accounts.
- Some retailers, game club managers, and convention organizers are unable to complete the form necessary to convert their accounts.
- Slow load-times
- Map functionality is working inconsistently, especially for large "found" results
Please continue to contact us at web@fantasyflightgames.com should you encounter further technical difficulties while using the Community Wizard. Furthermore, be aware that you'll likely experience slowness and other issues on our website over the next 48 hours.
