Gen Con Indy 2013 and the Best Four Days of Gaming Begin Tomorrow!

Gen Con Indy 2013 begins tomorrow.

From August 15th – 18th, over forty thousand people will enjoy the festivities and revelations of the longest-running and best-attended gaming convention in the world. We’ll be among them. Fantasy Flight Games is headed to Gen Con Indy, and we hope to see you there!

Whether you’re heading straight to our booth in the Exhibit Hall to pick up early copies of our hottest games, joining us for the top-class competition of such events as the Android: Netrunner or X-Wing™ North American Championship tournaments, or simply planning to catch some demos, we plan to help you enjoy the best convention experience possible.

Exhibit Hall

There’s nothing in the gaming industry quite like the buzz of Gen Con Indy’s Exhibit Hall. Filled with thousands of excited gamers and industry professionals, this massive room is the show’s main attraction. Here, you’ll be able to try out games, get the latest industry news, and make your purchases.

This year, you can find Fantasy Flight Games at booths 811, 819, 1111, and 1119. Head over early to get our hottest new releases from our Retail Booth. You’ll find we’ve worked out a new system to ensure that as many fans as possible get the games they want. Then, you can stick around to learn all about our newest games.

Tournaments

Our Organized Play team will be hosting tournaments in the Event Hall throughout the weekend. These include our North American Championship tournaments for A Game of Thrones: The Card Game, Android: Netrunner, Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game, Star Wars™: The Card Game, Warhammer: Invasion The Card Game, and X-Wing. However, we’re also running several side tournaments, including one for Twilight Imperium. You can check our website for updates and results from these tournaments as the weekend progresses!

Demos

All weekend long, we’ll be running demos of some of our hottest games, both current and upcoming. If you’ve seen the recent announcements, then this is your chance to get your own, hands-on experience of such games as Eldritch Horror, X-Wing, Star Wars®: Edge of the Empire™, Warhammer: Diskwars, BattleLore Second Edition, and others!

Can’t Attend?

Not everyone can make it to Gen Con Indy, but we hope to be able to share as much of our experience with you as possible. Throughout the weekend, we’ll have updates and videos full of industry news, tournament results, and more.

Gen Con Indy is the best four days in gaming, and we’re excited to be a part of it! We’ll see you there!
